I am so bummed out because my tenants from last year just called to say they found another place.
Ugh! now I have to go though all that shit looking for a tenant.
I got the new tires $359.00. I need a job. I mean a real job. Ugh. I am so depressed.
Got to go because I am going to put the house on Craig's list.

That's lousy news, Bed! I'm so sorry to hear it. If I can help, you know I will. I can certainly go down and check out the house before tenants come in. Once we get Pat past his radiation, I'll have more time.

Big time PITA. At first I thought you meant tenants for your CA apt. After reading Rosemary's comment I see you mean your Ventnor house.
Hey, maybe I can talk Rich into renting it for a month....I have such good memories of that area. I don't think I can talk him into it..but ya nevah know. Do you rent it by the month or the whole season?
