Today I took Norma to lunch than we had our hair cut and than she wanted to go to Cosco. I dropped her off than went back to pick her up. She had all this heavy stuff and just waited until I got out of my car and put her stuff in. Than of course at her house I had to unload it all and get it into her house. Ugh! I always think I am not going to cater to her, but I always end up feeling sorry for her.
Tomorrow I am going to lunch with Sarah, she is my former neighbor. When we go to lunch we spend the whole time telling each other how wonderful our Grandchildren are. That's fun.
Here is a funny story about Finn.
He loves the game show,"Deal or no Deal". ( A really gross TV game) He only sees it when I am babysitting. Anyway, I bought him the board game for Christmas and of course everyone had to play. Well yesterday when Carolyn picked him up from school, the teacher said to Ca,"Well, I hear your husband is going to be on Deal or no Deal. Seems Finn told some of the kids that he was going to be on TV. Dana said he wanted to be on Jeopardy.

I think we all have these "friends" who somehow get us to cater to them. Not sure how they do it, but yes, you feel sorry for them and this is what they count on. As you know, the people on our street have a similar situation. In varying degrees, we all get roped into what she wants.
That's a funny story about Finn!
