I'm still sick, but better than yesterday.
Pat, you are right about getting rid of a cold takes a week no matter what you do for it.
I swear at least 10 people have asked me if I went to the doctors! When I tell them no they act like I am nuts. I tell them the real cure for a cold, (7-10 days) and then I have to hear how some doctor gave them antibiotics and they got better. Of course that would have happened anyway.
I am about all packed for Florida. I am going to LA tomorrow as my plane leaves at 6:30 am on Wed. Than on Friday its off to Disney World.
I'll try to Blog during my trip.

Because you aren't completely over the cold you might want to carry some Afrin in your purse
just in case you get a sinus block from the altitude.
I learned that as a flight nurse in the AF reserve. We used to give it to passengers who'd have a problem. I guess pseudofed or something similar will do just fine.

It's a nasal decongestant. I'd take some before the plane takes off. You can ask the druggist the safest one to take with hypertension. Some of the nasal sprays/pills have 60 mg pseudo ephedrine. I like to take the one with just 30mg. Some people get wired from that stuff anyhow. I don't know....not sure, but Afrin may not have pseudo ephedrine like most of the others. Anyhow, do have a wonderful trip.
